Yea, the roundhouse project has been going a little slow. The fact is; so far no major screw-ups as each section has had it's developmental issues. No single thing gets done in one day due to the size of the project such as 145 windows, 216 lights minimum, waiting close to a year for the 130' turntable, hand laying and spiking the tracks, and not even getting into the complex doors and alignment of everything, entry into DCC just to be able to operate the complex. In the meantime I've built what.....125 models, learned the basics of photoetching, made many turnouts both needed and unneeded, connected a very unforgiving DCC system, idled down a major small business, designed and built 4 high speed packaging centers, had my teeth pulled out by the roots, and the cu de gra, buried my best friend, and I have stayed at a Holiday Inn resort. Oh, and this is all in my "spare" time. But as usual, I'm still up for the finish, one piece at a time. LMAO
I think you guys just like my long winded threads and pics!

I'm really off the chain this weekend.....working on a trolley car. Don't know if it's a new bug or just building something different for a change. I have been going thru my kit inventory and building a few of the put away treasures I have wanted to get to. I have also headed back to the layout and have set some new year goals for the railroad. Is this the year to wrap up the roundhouse project?

I´m very busy next 2 months. I started with some remodelations at my garage for get a new entrance, and will build a new floor over it for a train room. Hope to get ready for benchwork in a couple of month. Soooo, not much modeling as I would like these days.

I think I;m going to get down to some serious modeling this weekend. I've just got to decide which project I'm going to work on. Will it be the power station or the loco shed or the ..OH what the hell, I'll just go with my mood.
